This component is PTFE wedge-mounted, designed with multi-springs. It can rotate in both directions, and the drive of the shaft is fastened using set screws tightened with the hex key. The multi-springs and robust design provide even closing forces around the sealing face circumference, which lead to improved pV capability and higher sealing performance.
Compared to GW 9, its step-shaft layout design allows better performance under high shaft speeds, higher pressures, and longer run time operating environment.
