This component is suitable for medium and heavy-purpose applications with metric stepped-shaft sizes. It is mainly applied for petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, such as chemical processing, oil refining, petrochemical engineering, while also suitable for sewage treatment, power generation, pulp and paper industry.

    This component is designed with an “O” ring mounted sealing surface with multi-springs. It can rotate in both directions, and the drive of the shaft is fastened using set screws tightened with the hex key. The multi-springs and step-shaft design provide even closing forces around the sealing face circumference, which lead to improved pV capability and higher sealing performance.
    The narrow-designed radial profile is suitable for European DIN24960/En12756 metric seal chamber.
    It is suited for pump or devices such as the Sabroe SAB 128 Mk1, Sabroe SAB 128 Mk2, Sabroe SAB 128 Mk3 and others.
